Job Title: Business Development Executive

• Position Summary: The Business Development Executive is a field-based role responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and supporting retail and POS agents within an assigned territory to drive ticket sales and ensure brand visibility.
• Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit suitable retail outlets and POS operators to become our agents.
Conduct onboarding and training for new agents on lottery products, terminal usage, and operational procedures.
Provide ongoing support and relationship management to agents in the assigned territory.
Monitor agent sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth.
Ensure agents adhere to operational and compliance standards.
Distribute marketing materials and ensure brand visibility at agent locations.
Gather market intelligence and feedback from agents and customers.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: Dependent on Experience
